Digimon is often thought of as the lower-budget spin-off of Pokemon (which it is, well, the first couple of series...). But, unlike Pokemon, Digimon focused more on their T.V show wether than games (and the games they did make died out fast, they were terrible). Even though the first two or three series badly sucked, it had like 3 or 4 afterwards that were really good. Basically, it had a ton of series with different plots, but they were all pretty good in a way. I recently started watching this again on Netflix, and oh.... the nostalgia..... The memories of bringing back Digimon toys from Toys 'R' Us.... the videogame.... crying because I couldn't afford the DVD..... and crying because there was no T shirts my size...

I can't possibly be the only one who had an obsession over this at some point, can I?

I've obsessing over it since I found a DVD of the first season at Walmart a few months ago. Now I have the Season 1 Vol. 1 DVD and Vol. 2 DVD, and the entire second season DVD. <3

Well, like I said, it was pretty much a lower budget spin-off. Of course it wouldn't last, but it had alot of series up to around 2008.

Parents hear Mon in anything they think it's Pokemon so their like MY CHILD WILL LOVE THIS! Then we see it and we're like Wtf was she thinking then you never watch or play it.
