Well, I've noticed some clubs that are inactive. So I figured to make a rule. Ok, these rules are silimer to the clan creation rules, but i'll explain them again. Ok, here they are:
-You must have at least 3 members before creating a club ( Advertise in the chats )
-You must get 10 members in one week.
-If you don't get 10 members in one week, then your club will die. ( Which means the thread will be closed )
This rule will activate on August 11th 2013 So i'll give the inactive clubs one day.
