Hello, my name is Joe, I am a 15 year old male and have self-harmed since about 11. After my 12 birthday my life reached what I thought would be the lowest point in my life. I had lost a very good friend to suicide and then I had no one to share my feelings with because I couldn't find the words to express how I was feeling. At 13, I started having thoughts of suicide. All through 14 I had recurring dreams of me killing myself. Now I have started to attempt suicide.8 times I tried to commit suicide. The I watched the music video for How to save a life (recommended to me by cheynnepile) and Have since changed my life around.
