Looks pretty good, but jQuery is a pretty heavy library (especially on 3DS) and I would recommend minimizing it's use.

Anything you want to do on 3DS (because of it's limitations) is usually easier done in vanilla javascript.

The exception is my AjaSL library. http://teamredscript.com/libraries/javascript/ajasl/
But it is vanilla javascript, though jQuery is overkill.

But looking forward to the game nevertheless!
