Luigi, our favorite plumber in the green hat, has had what some may consider a rough life. Always in the shadow of his older and slightly more famous brother Mario. As stated by a Toad in Super Mario 64 DS, "Help us recover the power stars! Just don't get in Mario's way." Luigi has had trouble with being in the limelight, until now. Thanks to Nintendo's decleration of "The Year of Luigi", Luigi is finaly geting the attention some feel he deserves. With the release of New Super Luigi U and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Luigi has come into the spotlight.
