I could obviously tell this is your first, Um. It's really hard to nail a good Alien story without sounding cheesy and like every other story. I give it a 2.4 out of 10/10 for first time stories.. You need to give it more time with the surprises, Just to suck into the story. It's really fast and jumpy. Some stories are good that a short but the kind of story you are doing would fit better if it was a little longer and had a bit more detail.
