Is there a way to convert PNGs into JPGs without the use of a computer?

Note: I know how to do it on a computer, but I don't have access to one. This is referring to if there is a website that can do this that is compatible on the 3DS browser.

Note: If you don't know what I'm talking about, please don't leave comments. I don't need this topic to be spammed with "IDK" or "o-0?".

↑No, that doesn't work. It's more complicated than that.

Like I said, I know how to do it on a computer. I just don't have an SD Card Reader to use on a PC, so I can't use a computer.

Nintendo doesn't hæt us. They don't control what the Internet has. Apparently, there just aren't any websites that change the PNG format into JPG format.

This must be possible. The file just needs to be renamed from .png to .jpg, this can be done online too.

Where is your .png file located?

Well, Bud's suggestion led me to a successful conversion, but I was unable to download the file from my 3DS.
