This is just stuff I'm gonna be referencing. No need to read it if you don't want to.
Authority Rankings show
Mmkay. So, this is very simple. I will list a Battalion position, then follow it with a number. If that number is greater than that of another position, then that position rules it, so to speak.

Things that positions are responsible for should be referenced, too. Don't go around commanding lower positions unless you're positive you have the authority to.

-Battalion Commander (9)
-Battalion XO (8)
-Battalion S-1 (7)
-Battalion S-2 (7)
-Battalion S-3 (7)
-Battalion S-5 (7)

-Company Commander (6)
-First Sergeant (5)

-Platoon Leader (4)
-Platoon Sergeant (3)

-Squad Leader (2)
-Squad Member (1)

Groups and mini-groups show
Okay. So, if you read the first spoiler, you're probably confused. That's very understandable; There's lots of groups and mini-groups, and special names for them. This spoiler will -attempt- to explain it clearly.
Okay, so firstly, the main group; Battalion. Everyone in this group in in the Battaltion, or at least, the 3DSPlaza Battalion. Very simple.

Secondly, S-Ns. These are Battalion Staff (probably what the S stands for), and they're responsible for different things. For example, S-1 essentially manages the members, and S-5 recruits new members. I can't accurately recall all of their duties off of my memory, but I will fill them in later.

Okay, now for the first mini-group: Companies. They have 22 members each, and are led by the Company Commander, and partially the First Sergeant.

The third mini-groups are Platoons. There are two in every Company, and they have 10 members each. Ther are led by a Platoon Commander and Platoon Sergeant.

-And, finally, the final mini-group: Squads. There are two in every Platoon, and they have four members each. They are led by their respective Squad Leader.

More will be added later...

"There is no need for a S-4."
-MegaBeanish

I dunno. I think he's referencing positions from the army or something similar, such as he's naming companies based off the IRSA.

Also, the Staff (S-1 through S-5) have no authority over the Company Commanders through Squad Leaders.

Spoiler: show
Mmkay. So, this is very simple. (That's the sentence you began with in he first spoiler...)

SPOILER2 show
Okay. So, if you read the first spoiler, you're probably confused. (The beginning o your second sentence. You contradict yourself by saying it's simple, yet a little too advanced?)
