You may think that all these Creepypastas about Pokemon games that are hacked or possessed or something like that aren't true.
Sadly, you are wrong.
I thought that before I witnessed it.
It was the last day of my fifth grade year in school. I was extremely happy because my mom had gotten me Pokemon Black the week before, which was my birthday. I never had time to play it because I had a 'fun activity', as my teacher, who was my mom, called it, to do. It was actually a project. A project as in homework that you have to work on for a month.
On the day of my birthday, I had a present from each family member of mine on my desk. I opened it right as I woke up. I opened all the presents and I loved them all. But my most favorite was Pokemon Black, the game I had wanted ever since it came out. My mom decided to let me take a day off of my project and that she would work on it for me today. She was the teacher who assigned me the project, so of course she knew what to do. I happily agreed. But I didn't have enough time to play my new Pokemon game because we were out eating at a restaurant for about two hours. But after that at around 1 PM, we held a LONG party. It lasted about 5 hours. At 6 PM, we were exhausted and we all fell asleep early.
So, I went to school, worked on my project for a long time, then fell asleep, having no time for my new game, every day until my project was turned in, on the last day of school. I ran home, passing what seemed like millions of houses, from the bus stop. I ran in, called out to tell my mother I was home, stomped up the stairs, almost tripped while running to my room, and plopped on the bed. We were running all day celebrating and having ice cream that day at school. So I was exhausted. I then remembered my new Black game and how I hadn't even started it, so I grabbed my 3DS and started up the game. It started normal, and I decided to listen to the opening. After it ended, it replayed. I pressed start to skip the opening but it just replayed every time I pressed it.
I noticed something about the second time it played. The pitch was slightly lower and the music was giving me an eerie chill. I didn't know why. I just shrugged it off and waited for the opening to end.
When it ended, it replayed AGAIN and it sounded pretty normal. I wondered if I was going to sit here like an idiot for an hour waiting for the opening to stop replaying, but just then my game froze. I was just about to press the power off to restart my 3DS but then sound completely shut off. My screen went blank. I was getting creeped out by now. From the stories I've read, this wasn't just a coincidence.
A message appeared on my screen: Let's play.
I was REALLY scared. But something inside me was tempting me to keep playing. I slowly pressed A.
My sprite, which I hadn't even named, was a female. The name was Touya. Which was weird, cause Touya was the named for the male sprite. It didn't matter. Anyway, the sprite was just standing there. In pitch black background. No room, nothing. Words appeared above Touya's head: Let's play.
The same exact words.
After a long while, the words disappeared. A room appeared. I gasped. Pokemon. Bloody Pokemon. All over the place. Some nailed to the wall, some on the ground choked by their own skin. It was disgusting. You could see their insides and all, and pieces of skin were on the ground. Worst yet, they all had eyes full of sorrow. Teardrops all over the place. And even worse, the walls were not even walls. They were mirrors. The whole room was a mirror. So that meant that the victims saw themselves getting gruesomely tortured and murdered.
Another message on the screen: Wasn't that fun?
Deep down, I thought it was fun. I heard myself giggling, then slowly starting to laugh, until I found myself cackling.
The screen showed another message: Let's play again sometime!
Maybe...
By that time I was rolling on the ground. I tried all my effort to gain my consciousness and I grabbed the 3DS, ready to throw it at the wall, destroy it forever. Whatever this person was, trying to disgust me, had probably possessed my 3DS by now. I took one glance at the screen and saw another message: I knew you would do this. That's why I said maybe.
That's it. I threw the 3DS at the wall.
I blacked out. When I woke up I was in a room that had mirrors for walls.
