Leadership Positions(For my 3DSPlaza group).

This needed its own seperate thread. This is for my group I made. These are the leadership positions. PM me or comment if you would like to be in one. They are ordered from most authority to least.

Battalion Commander show
I am the battalion commander. They are responsible for the whole group(battalion). Such responsibilities include:

-Making sure everyone is making progress.
-Taking care of personal needs.
-Recommending promotions(to moderators) to Rob.
-Making sure everyone is having fun.
-Kindly helping other member when they need it.
-Setting the example at all times.

Battalion Executive Officer show
SoapBox is the Executive Officer(XO). They are responsible for the Staff(S-1 through S-5). These responsibilities include:

-Assuming command of the battalion in the Battalion Commander's absence.
-Making sure S-1 through S-5 are doing their jobs.
-Setting the example at all times.
-Helping others when they need it.
-Making sure everyone is having fun.

Battalion Personnel Officer(S-1) show
Taken by Belle.
They are responsible for knowing how much people we have in the battalion and letting me know if new ones join. They should know who is in which company also.

Battalion Intelligence and Security Officer(S-2) show
Taken by ~Silverkun~.
They are responsible for making sure no one is giving away their passwords and should have superb knowledge about everyone on 3DSPlaza, so if someone asks a question, they can answer it.

Battalion Training and Operations Officer(S-3) show
Taken by FrequentDeath.
This is the most difficult position in an actual battalion, but for here, it is simple. Their responsibility is to make sure the battalion is improving, grammar-wise, respect-wise, etc. They report to me about it so I can make promotion recommendations.

Battalion Public Affairs Officer(S-5) show
Taken by EpicFailure.
This person is responsible for advertising the group and trying to get new people to join. They also talk about they stuff we did in the group.


We don't need a Battalion S-4. Note: The Staff do not have authority over each other.

Company Commander show
Each company(18 people) needs a Company Commander. They are responsible for the training of the whole company. The responsibilities are similar to that of the Battalion Commander, only difference is for that company though.

First Sergeant show
OPEN SPOT.
The First Sergeant is responsible for the discipline and welfare of the company. If someone has a problem, whether personal or 3DSPlaza-related, they go to the First Sergeant.

Platoon Leader show
OPEN SPOTS.
Responsible for the training of their platoon(8 people). Duties similar to that of the Company Commander.

Platoon Sergeant show
OPEN SPOTS.
Duties similar to that of the First Sergeant, but for their Platoon only.

Squad Leaders are in charge of 3 other people. OPEN SPOTS.

I want to be in the group, Idk about a leader.

Maybe First Seargent considering I'm good at solving problems irl.
I don't think the title of a Seargent is fit for me though. I have military in my blood so maybe. Even though this isn't even the real thing but tis is a BIG deal for this site. If Noone else chooses it I'd like to be in.

They're in order from highest position to lowest. Except for the S-1 through S-5. They are the same.
