Above is the Graphics for the Wii U's Smash Bros 4! It isn't disappointing, and it does have a lot of quality built into it. Sakurai is going in the right direction with this.
Update June 13: As listed on the Super Smash Bros. website, the new Super Smash Bros. games are actually called "Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS" and "Super Smash Bros. for Wii U."

Mechanics:
Knock-Back: When you get hit, you instantly turn into a meteor upon hit at high %, this means this would be a returning feature from Smash Bros Melee
When attacking, you will see it cut through the air, this will determine the hit boxes.
The black outlines were done intentional for the Nintendo 3DS, so that the player can see their characters.
