We should bring /help back with more updates. Or add it as a tab in more. Say you want a quick view of the rules, without having to go back to the chat menu or wanna check your profile for strikes. You could type /help rules it would show you the rules and under it would be strikes. You could replace rules with strikes, E-ref (stands for emoticon reference), C-ref (stand for command reference), and S-Ref (to see what the strike consequence of each behavior). Mods could also send help, and a notification thing (similiar to the one that shows when a non-mod tries /ban) will show and it will say ____ wants to send you help in ___. You can hit okay or deny. If you hit okay it will show you whatever they're wanted to help you in (Ex: E-ref). You should also get a warning when you've been striked. Only you can see it though. Similiar to whisper. It won't say the mod's username or anything. It will just say "You've be striked for [insert reason here].

You can view the emoticon and command reference in the more tab.
You can see the chat rules BEFORE chatting and then you should know them.
And also, it's not so important to review the strikes directly in the chatroom.

This isn't a bad idea but I don't think it is necessary to implement it.
