In the 15th movie Iris & The Elder says Kyurem is the strongest dragon type ever. Now lets get this right. Arceus can technically be a dragon type. Also Palkia, Dialga and Giratina are.

Kyurem: Nearly got beaten by Keldeo aka. My Little Pony. Can weild the powers of Zekrom or Reshiraim.

Giratina: Controls Antimater. Giant.

Arceus: Known creator of the Pokemon Universe. Took down all of the creation trio with ease. Judgement

Palkia: Controls Space. Nearly destroyed a town while fighting Dialga.

Dialga: Controls Time. Nearly destroyed a town while fighting Palkia.
