Well, here's a problem considering newer users.

1) Bumping
Bumping is allowed for threads that have been created within a short range of time, but bumping from a LONG TIME AGO? No. These forums have been drowned because nobody wants to use them.

2) "Where's the forum?"
(Also links to 1) As the forums get bumped, some are SO OLD that the user and post has been deleted.

Examples:
This Website - Huh?
Websites - wheres the site?
Story - wheres the story?

I suggest in old threads that you don't bump them, and if you happen to do, click the username to see if they still exist.
