Herro. So, Astraphobia is the phobia of storms (it's actually the fear of thunder and lightning, but I couldn't find a stormophobia), and recently there's been a lot of storms in my area.

Can any of you help/give tips on how to fight it? Or, at least, how to calm down.

I'll close this as soon as I have a good answer.
