Okay so, This didn't happen recently obviously, But while I was driving to my spot vacation last summer I saw a spinning object with lights all around it near the top of the highway. I tried getting my dad to look but he was too busy talking to my sister. Anyway when we were driving back it was gone, So now everyone thinks i'm insane. But I took a picture:
