Everytime I cough, I injure my throat. It has a sort of jabbing pain. I've tried oral spray, Vitamin C, medicines. I really want to get rid of this pain.

Tea. Not just any tea, either. The GOOD kind of tea.

Finish it before it cools down and your throat is cured.
Taka! Kujata! Condor! Tajadol~!

I always use this, guaranteed to work.

Get honey (A class, from health food store since factories can take the pollen out which has healing properties)
Lemon juice

Step 1: pour lemon juice in a cup
Step 2: pour honey into the cup of lemon juice not too much, not too less
Step 3: put the cup in the microwave 20-30 seconds depending on the heat
Step 4: take it out of the microwave and get a spoon, stir the lemon juiceand honey(preferred for maximum strength)
Step 5: then use the spoon to sip it. Everytime put it near the side of the cup as if scraping the honey

Drink while warm!! My dad is a natural healing person. No medicine.

@FD There's this one tea my dad gave me. It's an herbal tea. Forgot the name

Yeah that's good too @kylie

Also, if you can't find good honey, look in your cabinet or go to your local store.. If the honey has "Call the USDA for ingredients" or on the ingredients it says anything more than A grade honey or pollen, or A grade honey and pollen. If it has anymore, anyless. DON'T BUY

Hot sauce is good for mucus, DAIRY causes mucus worse. My dad told me about the dairy thing.

@FD The reason salt and water works is because salt kills bacteria.. Try mouth wash if you can't find salt.. I recommend a mint flavor.. Listerina or Off brand.

Okay, I just took a hot shower, and most of my sinus is still there.
