Last year I messed with my friend's computer and changed the Windows startup sound. I made it an hour long file, 20 minutes of silence so he wouldn't suspect anything and 40 minutes of groaning (not continuous, it'd be a soft groan for 2 seconds, then silence then a few minutes later there would be a louder groan and vice versa). It was extremely hilarious when I heard him shouting "what the hell".

Change Windows startup noise to Lavander Town.

Fill a cup of water and place a paper on top, and carefully, without spilling, place the cup on a table and carefully remove the paper.

I once put sex sounds, moaning sounds, etc. over the intercom at my school. Then, on the school news, I changed the title screen with a photoshopped picture of Chuck Norris doing the Principal. When the Principal asked who did this, I set up the school to blame this fat kid.
