1) This was posted in the wrong forum. Please post your suggestions in the Feature Suggestions forum.
2) You can't upload, download, or even listen to music on a 3DS or DSi. Therefore, it's rendered impossible. And even if it was possible, it would encourage piracy, and Rob clearly does NOT want to go to jail. In other words, sorry, but no.
