The secret to making AMAZING fried chicken:
Buy some, dangit!

Needs:
1 big bowlish dish of Flour, add pepper and some Garlic Salt for flavor (Not too much Pepper or Garlic Salt)
1 big bowlish dish of Beated egg (About 5?)
CHEECKEN (Chicken Drumsticks for best results)

Do:
Take deep pan and fill with some oil. Enough to make it boil.
Set stove at high.
Batter chicken (Cover in flour first, then egg, then flour again and lay on pan)
(Place them as close to the same time as possible)

After:
Check every, about 6 minutes to turn.
Remember to get the top! (Stand up, using pan as support)
Place on plate with paper towel.
Place paper towel over chicken to absorb grease.
Wait to cool.
Serve to dem kids or eat yourself.

Should make about 10 drumsticks.

That's my dad's awesome recipe that he passed on to me.

I know this guy, who makes such good fried chicken, I don't even use hot sauce, and that's rare. Too bad he lives in northern USA. That chicken was delish!!
