In all seriousness, Stein's been a nutjob since he was a kid. He corners a student, then threatens to cut him into pieces as part of an experiment.

Later on, we learn our already nutty pal Stein is suspect to the Kishin's wavelength. This causes him to go on the edge of sanity, become a true psychopathic killer. He is so deranged by that point that all that comes out his mouth is deranged laughter.

That's not getting into his 'little' episode on the moon.

^^ No, she's just horny. Read the 'Book of Eibon' arc. Upon entering the 1st chapter, the characters had their genders changed based on their lust. (Which is stated to be based in part by age) Blair is genderbent the whole time.

^ She's basically this universe's ditzy blond chick.
