Go to your friends list. Look at all of your friends and "Friends".

Do you know them? If not; delete.

Have you ever talked to them at least twice? If not; Delete.

Do they comment on your profile? If not; Delete.

Have they been absent for over a week/month? If so; Delete.

That's not a pretty picture, look at all of your actual friends.
