This will be based on how many good deeds you do, no voting, but I will have some trusted users (Mods, people I trust, etc) to watch people do good deeds such as helping out new users asking for help, helping users, "minimodding" etc. Everytime you're caught doing a bad deed such as "getting banned, bypassing, etc." will either remove you from the list or take away a point.
