Our Moderator Situation.

Second, your logic is kind of flawed. You're saying that mods have to cover a certain amount of users? We only have 6 chatrooms with approximately 5-20 users online at a time, so we would logically only need the amount of mods to cover the users that are online and in the chat at once. Saying something like "that leaves 2800 users per mod" is absurd. It's not like every single one of the 25000+ are online in the chats at once, and every single thread is active and in need of moderation at once. ]

I didn't have anything better to do, so I'm making this thread.
This thread will discuss our moderators on 3DSPlaza.

So there it is; a total of 16 moderators. How much members do we have on this site? About 25,700 and counting. That means each chatroom moderator can take on about 1,606 members individually. But wait! We forgot to take into consideration which chatroom moderators are actually active. Let's do that now: Top five active moderators:
1. Ryan21(Everyday, at least 6 hours)
2. Golem259(Everyday)
3. Junaid(Everyday/Every other day)
4. JoseG(Everyday/Every other day)
5. pikarceus(Everyday/Every other day)
Least active:
1. quadrplax
2. godhydra
3. NinjaFruit
4. PinoyBoy
5. Spector
Mods who haven't been on for weeks or barely on at all:

So with seven mods basically out of the picture, that leaves us with 9 farely active ones. That gives us about 2855 members per moderator. This is no easy job, so we should appreciate when they are in the chatrooms for us.

Ones that haven't been active in the past month in the Forums or are active very little:

So four mods out leaves us four farely active ones. Meaning 4927 threads per mod. That doesn't include the countless comments on threads. Let's show them appreciation.
