Worldwide Petition, Slides:

Put those 6 foot tall safety net walls that come with the backyard trampolines and lower that slide angle to about 10 degrees. A harness that connects to support beams above couldn't hurt. Employ a fulltime lifeguard to keep watch. Have a warning sign that says, "Your child may be stupid enough to somehow hurt themselves here. DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED." Also hire in a maintenance man to come in and check all of the components after each individual use to make sure nothing is loose. Make an app that parents are required to download that covers the proper way to use the slide. Also, only have these slides at high test scoring elementary schools.

EDIT: Forgot to require helmets, knee pads, mouth guards, and a life Jacket.
