No she doesn't. Jesus christ kid, Godzilla was getting his arse kicked by Larva!Mothra in Godzilla vs. Mothra: Battle for Earth. Every incarnation of Mothra is as strong as the last one.

Mothra, in the same movie, only needed help from Battra because they heavily injured each other before they tag-teamed on Godzilla. Godzilla kills Battra by inflicting a mortal wound before finally going down.
