I am signed up on Webestools. But, Everyone can see a sent PM but can't open it. I can't make it so only the reciever sees the PM.

And with the forums, when someone posts a topic only the title shows up when you click the topic. o3o

I made a test account, sent a PM to my Roxasmaker account. But on my Roxasmaker account it said; "You dont have the rights to access this page." @Angel
