Hello Little Kids, today I am gonna learn you guys how to write the A.B.C. Actually this is not what I am gonna learn today. I am gonna give some good reasons about the following subject: WHY DOES 3DSPLAZA NEEDS MORE MODERATORS. This is exactly the first post about the GOOD REASON SERIES! Let me tell you I am gonna give you serious reasons only the begin is not serious the rest WILL be serious. Thank you for understanding. Anyways I will gonna give YOU the most important reasons why 3DSPlaza needs a lot more Moderators. Its time for the very first Reason this reason is: "We need more Moderators because 99% of the Moderators are Inactive and 99% sounds an little fake but it ISNT FAKE. The people that are active from the Moderators the last days are Junaid and Someluigi so we SERIOUSLY need more Moderators" Let's go on with next reason requested by an user "I NEED TO BE AN MODERATOR! I WILL MAKE 3DSPLAZA SAVE AND WILL DEFEAT THESE BAD LITTLE KIDS." If I say this on an normal way, BEING AN MODERATOR IS NOT FUN!
So lets now go with an serious Reason again this time: "3DSPlaza needs more EUROPE MODERATORS" You ask me why? I will say simply people are Raging everytime I am in the chatrooms in the morning and in the midday and I wish very much that I could use an /ignore command or just use an Ban Hammer. But no only Barry is an moderator out of Europe and is online in the evening ALMOST NEVER.
Let's go to the next Reason: "3DSPlaza needs more Moderators because 1 Moderator in a chat with 30 users is seriously NOT enough." I mostly personally see only Junaid every evening in the chat Moderating and trying to keep peace in the chat while I see Someluigi short while he leaves in like 20 minutes again. (Not trying to be mean) So Junaid stays completely alone for it. And people telling me that I am begging to be an Moderator when I tell them that Junaid is the only Moderator online and I try to help him really annoys me. Seriously, I do what I want. If I help Junaid then I do it because hes alone in an chat and don't tell me: "OHHHHH, YOUR BEGGING YOU LITTLE NOOB!" Because I am seriously not understand that little kids.
So lets have another Serious reason why we need more Moderators: "We only have 2 Moderators of the Picture gallery Me and Sammykinz11 AND GUESS WHAT? THEYRE INACTIVE!!! HAHAHAHA! Seriously YES SERIOUSLY." This is SERIOUSLY NOT OK, This morning EUROPE TIME I saw so many nude pictures. I thought I am gonna take an look in the Picture Gallery AND WANNA KNOW WHAT I SAW? It's better that you dont know it but... I SAW AN NAKED MY LITTLE PONY WITH SPREADED LEGS on the nude way (Because Pony's dont have clothes ~Mia)

So if we make an small list of the Serious reasons without any troll actions then we have the following reasons that we need more moderators.

- 99% Of the Moderators are Inactive.
- Me and Sammykinz11 are Gallery Moderators and are also Inactive so the nude pictures won't get deleted now
- Junaid is alone moderating an chatroom of 30 USERS!! Which is pretty hard. So I seriously have Respect for him that he can do that.

So guys, Actually I mixed this Serious topic with Troll actions or else people are gonna say UHHHHH AN STUPID RANT UHHHHHHH ITS NOT GONNA HELP UHHHH YOUR NOOB YOU JUST WANNA BE AN MODERATOR UHHHH

But these reasons listed above in that small list are some serious reasons. Which could be unsafe for some underage children for as Example the nude pictures. There seriously needs more Moderators. And I am not telling that I should be one though i wouldn't have problem with it because I am open to help Rob keeping his site Safe etc but there needs to be done something to it. I hope not only Rob/Someluigi/Junaid readed this to do something about it but also the users because YOU can also help by just trying to keep your little crazy hormons not going crazy in the chatrooms and then I am not talking about these love things and nude things but I am talking about Swearing Spamming Fighting etc, please keep it for yourself and dont annoy other users with it which didnt do anything wrong. I seriously have respect for you if you readed this whole thing so I thank you for Reading this.

Actually I hope I was clear enough and that there will action be taken. I also was talking about it some time ago with Oliver (Someluigi) and now I did send this topic to Oliver (Someluigi). So in one question I'll ask: Am I clear enough or do you people really need it MORE CLEAR because you can't understand it?

Man is active and a gallery mod.

As for chat mods: Junaid is on a lot, SynTM is on a lot, I'm on pretty often, and I sometimes see Ryan21 and Esteve.

I don't think you're one to judge how often people are on, since you just came back a few days ago after being off for months.

^ He's right about forum mods, but you only really need 1-2 chat mods on at any given time, we DON'T need another 3-4-5 chat mods.

MegaBeanish sould be a Forum mod, and if it can happen a chat mod. Fred always helps out aroind here and gets absolutley nothing but ''thank you'' he really dosen't even get that.

Thats not completely true I was stalking the chat while I was logged out and I dont really see you much in the chats. And I didn't say we need 8 more moderators or 6 etc. I was just talking about a few 2 or 3.

Some problems:

You can't stalk the chat logged out; you get MySQL Sock errors when doing that

I'm usually online the whole day (excluding school days because I'm at school..)

Barry is not the only European mod. I am European.

Man is a really good gallery moderator.

And I always stay for at least an hour unless something real important pops up or the 503 plague gets me or I have connection problems or some other problem (or if I ragequit because the 3DS Browser is missing preventDefaultAction for events...).


I don't think your "judgements" are fair since you haven't been here for very long. (<1week)
