They are both false.

The top is false for saying, ''the bottom is false by saying 'I'm true in saying the top is true for saying I'm false.' ''


The bottom is false for saying, 'the top is true by saying that I'm false in calling the top true.


Don't ask me how I came up with this but I believe I've solved it. It is truly dizzying...
