My steps:

1, Ask what they like.
2, Think of the perfect site. Games, Hentai. Meat, Meatspin.
(DO NOT ENTER THOSE SITES)
3, Think of a line to get him in there.
Example: "Well I saw a funny meat game at the homepage of Meatspin.com!"
4, Give him the adress on paper (so he can't forget it).
5, Wait for his reaction via mail or school. :3

I tricked someone into Going to Lemonparty yesterday.

Step one: Monitor their behavior.
Step Two: You figure out they like (Series) alot.
Step Three: Tell them: "Hey, I think you might like (trick site), It's a very popular fansite for (Series), It even has a mobile site! (ONLY say that if you know the trick site works on ds/3ds.)
Step Three: Say the site has things like forums, videos, fanart galleries, all that good stuff.
Step Five: Give them the EXACT adress.
Step Six: Convince Convince, CONVINCE!
Step Seven: Sit and watch their reaction.
