(This was back in beta 1.1) I had just put the finishing touches on my house in Minecraft world. Then I had to make a stripmine because my diamond pick was running out. I ended up digging a 1x2 hallway for over 1000 blocks. I ended up getting 5 diamonds out of that -__- . Anyway, that's besides the point. When I was running back, I hit a pressure plate that lit up a SHlTLOAD OF TNT. I was dead, obviously. I lost all the stuff I had, I remember losing 5 diamonds, 26 gold ore, 38 iron ore, full iron armor, and 48 steak. It was hard to recover after that.
(This was in Beta 1.2)
I was excited about the new update, the note blocks, and all the rest of the stuff. I made a new world, and started chopping down trees and stuff. Then I saw something move behind a hill in the distance, I thought it was a sheep, so I followed, hoping to get some of the new colored wool in the update. But it wasn't there. And that was my only experience with "Him" in 1.2

In my new world I heard that slimes spawn more, So I began making a slime generator. I made A giant box in the ground. But when I was at the bottom, I noticed a player move in the dark. (Continued in part 2)
