"This is a funny coincidence, I just got back the results of a study my lab ran on this exact same topic! What we did was picking ten random hawks, starved them for a week (so we knew their attention would be on the Cinnamon Toast Crunchs) and took them to five random daycares throughout the country. Then we setup tables outside of the daycare and invited the kids to Cinnamon Toast Crunch breakfast (interesting side note, you don't have to starve kids to get their attention on sugary stuff!) and then we released the hawks. The result of all the experiments was that hawks are capable to see why kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch, in fact, through mirror neurons they also started to develop feelings for it and attacked the kids in order to get some as well.
So yes, hawks do see why kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but they were to busy clawing the kids to share their results with us. Also, Clara (3) is allergic to cinnamon and still in the hospital."
