The thing on 3ds city was probably doggle, he took the 404 not found thing from another pase on the site, copy and pasted it on the index.php page, AND just before he did that, he got de-admined.

I have come up with a list of possible people...
1. Akise: Known for hacking and coding, he has been offline recently though...
2. Firemade: He isn't an urgent suspicion, but if you compare his profile pic with C11Dev's one, you'll see what i mean, He has also been offline.
