[ Some threads have relevance to what is currently happened. Also, if someone makes a duplicate thread, bumping the old one and requesting them to close the new one could be necessary. So, there are situations where bumping could be alright. If you put something about that in your thread, it would improve the problem and make users happier to abide by the rules.

Also, you might want to get an editor to fix your grammar. ]
