Man did not make time. He discovered the concept of it, and measured it.

Furthermore, the only way to know which of the two infants is really older, you'd have to go back in time and see which sperm cell was created first inside the father's balls (assuming the twins developed from the same ovum).

I agree. It's like saying that people born on February 29 1996 are 4 years old (because they had four birthdays), when they really are 16 years old.
