Lucid Dreams

Yes, I'm getting into them again.

Anyone have any tips? I'm going to start a dream journal tonight, so yea.

I quit the first time I tried because the one time I became somewhat lucid I literally couldn't do anything. I tried to fly, so I started jumping up and down after I had concentrated on floating for a while. Then I tried to teleport by closing my eyes and spinning around, but when I opened them I was awake ()...

Just do the dream journal.
It's also important that you have a way to know if you're dreaming or not. Ask yourself, then test. Eventually, you'll do it in your dreams.

Yea, I had done that for a while, about a year ago (I remember because it was Halloween), but eventually I had forgotten all about RCs because I didn't have any way to remind myself to do them without getting lucky and remembering...

I have read of a person who asks himself if he's dreaming every time his watch beeps, so his lucid dream will start once he hears it.
