Lucid Dreams
carlos11 (2012-11-01 13:20:37)Just do the dream journal.
It's also important that you have a way to know if you're dreaming or not. Ask yourself, then test. Eventually, you'll do it in your dreams.

Yea, I had done that for a while, about a year ago (I remember because it was Halloween), but eventually I had forgotten all about RCs because I didn't have any way to remind myself to do them without getting lucky and remembering...
carlos11 (2012-11-02 09:47:30)I have read of a person who asks himself if he's dreaming every time his watch beeps, so his lucid dream will start once he hears it.

Yes, I'm getting into them again.
Anyone have any tips? I'm going to start a dream journal tonight, so yea.
I quit the first time I tried because the one time I became somewhat lucid I literally couldn't do anything.
