Kinda a mix. Some areas will be presented looking like Triniate, while some will be platformer style areas.

Your PPM (Personal Plot Manager) will allow you to decide information about your Personal Plot.

Fights will not be presented in-world, but in a scene similar to the DS title "Mario & Luigi: Inside Bowser's Story" ( That game is awesome ;-)! )

Ok! I love Bowser's inside story. While we're at it, could we maybe include, like, I don't know... hidden 1st person segments or something? (Don't worry about full 3D rendering- raycasting could easily get the job done. There's even an SKU on it on 3DSPaint.)
