Here are some NES on a Chip systems. I was bored.

Super Joy 3:

I grew up with an illegal system!
This actually posed as 75000 games, but came with 76 games, cloned 74924 more times.

Polystation:


PS-BoyKid: (I gotta look at the pictures before I type.

You should read wikipedia. It's the Polystation with another name.

Pegasus:

To my surprise, after reading the article on wikipedia, this runs off of Pegasus and famicom cartridges. Pegasus cartridge example: Contra 186-in-1.
