The rules are simple. You are allowed to be handcuffed to your favorite celebrity, cartoon character, video game character, etc. The person underneath you then comes up with an attribute that makes that person unbearable to be with. E.g:
Person 1: Handcuffed to Peach
Person 2: Peach will never stop talking. I'll be handcuffed to Ferb.
Got it? Good! I'll start.
