"N00b" should not immediately be associated with a new user, the word always used for a new user is, in fact, "newbie". The word "n00b" is basically a child-friendly version of the word "newfag" (pardon my French), which means a person who hasn't yet begun to recognize the "street rules" of certain websites (i.e. A person using old/forced memes on 4chan [which is never wanted], or, in this case, a new user not realizing certain actions by moderators are really for the best.).

What I wanna know is where's the caveman
