Wii U is region locked

The latest edition to the japenese magizine Famitsu revealed that the Wii U will be region locked.

To those of you who dont know what "region locked" means, It means you can only play games purchased in your country (example; I buy a game here in the US i have to play it on a console that was also bought here) So if the game isn't from the same country you live in it wont work.

I play Manic Digger, a free clone of Minecraft.
I have a Server too: Nisc3d's Survivaltown.
It's the perfect alternate of Minecraft, if you can't buy it or whatever.
