No. It's just because most people in the games are a different race from human. Link is a kokiri (forget how to spell it), An identical race to elves. Elves are white. If you look in other games, There's other races too. The Gerudo theives are colors, Ganon is, So are many other people. Why would nintendo shove a black guy in there? Nintendo doesn't make gang games.
