I've been having trouble with MySQL quite some time, but I at last figured out why it happens, this is how it works:

A MySQL database is a database where all kinds of data is stored (Login information, forum topics and posts, jolly jokes, chat messages, ect).
In order to insert or receive information from this database, you have to connect to it. The problem is that my host just allows 15 connections to be open at the same time. These MySQL connections open and close very fast, but it can still happen that there are more than 15 connections open at the same time, so more connections get "refused", and so they get an error.

Mysql , Has also password data , userdata And IP Data .

Also Mysql is needed to show the messages on the chat.

Mysql is protected with a username and a password, And when you need to connect the Mysql database to a site you need to typ the Username And Password in the code.
