Merely Frozen=Falling + Human dieng, but layer of ice getting crushed first

VERY FROZEN: (I think) The human might already be compressed in the ice,so the body separates in shards when hit


Now that I think of it..

Wouldn't the atmosphere+length of fall melt the ice?
