Display login script on pc version broken?

Now,I know there is a similar topic about this but this is different.
The pc version says i'm offline when I'm online,I post in chat no difference.
But when I go on the 3ds version on same device it says i'm online but then when I go back to pc version I'm online but then it says I'm offline after two min!
I tried clearing my cache and checking if,javascript is enabled,no difference....
