This is starting to get annoying... I'm going from tutorial to tutorial, hitting a bump (or wall, I should say ) in the road everytime.

So can someone give me additional software I need, a walkthround on installing it, ect., ect., because I'm considering giving up on Web Programming... :/

would work.

And, just so you know, it is in a .php file, and the code above is enclosed in

<?php

?>

tags.

OH... I see. oFTo' (Those aren't webservers, they're hosts. Like GoDaddy and HostMonster.)

I'm using a text editor on my PC. Don't you guys know how to use them? (and view them on a browser)

Plus I just downloaded Notepad++. Downloading another text editor so soon will make me look like I'm TRYING to get a virus.
