v2 PC Version Coming to 3DS and DSi Versions?

No, the reason the PC version was updated was to add Games & Apps to the PC, and the oldPC will be tweaked to make a mobile version.

As for the Notifications, I think it's up to me to implement into the 3DS/DSi.

As for the Links, we'll have to see.

SomeLuigi is changing in 2015.
