Introduction
Hello 3DSplaza users! It's me again, with my second review.
For this review, I decided to choose something nice and simple, and that is what basically sums up the 1992 gameboy game Kirby's Dreamland. Enjoy.
Graphics
Kirby's Dreamland overall, has pretty nice graphics. The sprites are nice and detailed, and the backgrounds are quite detailed for a gameboy game. Everything is also pretty crisp and clear. Like a lot of old gameboy games, there is something oddly charming about the 8-bit graphics.

Sound
Like the graphics, the sound is also quite charming. All the Kirby sound effects you know and love are here, such as the strange inhaling sound Kirby makes when he swallows an opponent and the bobbing sound Kirby makes as he flys around. The music is quite pleasant, and you may even smile from time to time. Overall, thumbs up for the sound.
Gameplay
The gameplay is simplistic but fun. The B button swallows enemies, the A button jumps, and the circle pad moves/flys. After swallowing an enemy, press B again to spit them out. This is the game's main gimmick, and it is a fun one.
Overall, the game is pretty easy, but once you beat it, you unlock a hard mode, which lives up to its name.

Content
Not the game's finest point. You will complete the main game within a hour. I will confess however, that hard mode adds a ton to the replay value. It would have been nice if they could have added a few levels to the game though. Out of all the gameboy game's Kirby's Dreamland's content is not the worse, but definitely not the best.

Conclusion
Well no masterpiece, Kirby's Dreamland is a charming, whismical game that you may enjoy. It has good graphics, great sound, and decent replay value. This game is definitely not the best the VC has to offer, but it is a quick, fun introduction to Kirby you may want to consider downloading.

It's ok, but after playing Kirby Superstar: Ultra (heh) it seems so.... *sigh* stripped down.
