So...today I made an account for my cousin.
I ask her if I can use is for a few minutes.
I got to 3 chats saying,
"hii im new"
"hi?"
"..."
":/"

No one ever said "Hi!" or "Welcome!" or even "Hey! Wanna be friends or something!"

Uhhh.....well I suppose I know why the new users break rules. They want some attention. Just a smidge will make them happy. Probably.

Have you noticed if a new user says, "IM SAD NO1 WILL TLK 2 MII IM SO POOR I LIVE IN A CARDBORED BOX!!!111one!11!!! "
THAT is when they get attention?

MAYBE if a few people say Hi, there wouldn't be so many new users whining and breaking the rules.

Agreed...kinda... but new users should also enter into a conversation because it annoys me when a newb say "Y DO U IGNORE ME? WHAT DID I DO FO YOU IGNORING ME? "
But alright... i guess it's also our faults.

Tell us why we should respond to a person we don't even know who comes into the chat and says "hi" to no one in particular. If newbies want to get noticed, they actually have to get into a conversation.
