Shinefag, it REALLY took you this long to notice that a new user is never noticed in a chat?

Yes they ask for icons, but they don't really need them. The only reason someone pays attention to me is because I have grown on this site to be a somewhat known user, that gets attention now and then.

A new user is just ignored and spams or begs for a icon, since they see most of the older or well known users with icons, so they assume that causes the attention. (Not counting the fact that everyone asks where you get it)

They need to work their way up. Seriously, it is their fault, not ours. If they are too simple-minded and are stuck at the bottom of the food chain, sucks for them. I was ignored when I first joined, nobody cared then.
